Cristina Viviani is an energy intuitive and holistic life coach dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals to tap into their unique inner guidance and live life more authentically. With a background in energy intuition, metaphysics, spiritual guidance, creative arts, intuition development, and somatic movement facilitation, she helps individuals come home to their true, joyful being. Her creative approach helps individuals rediscover their highest potential by integrating heart, body, mind, and spirit in alignment with intuition. Working holistically, she emphasizes the importance of inner wisdom, which is always available and dependable once understood and embodied. Cristina's journey began as a teenager with a quiet inner voice guiding her to help people live out their highest potential. This led her to study and teach in creative, somatic, and healing fields. Cristina holds certifications and degrees including Holistic Life Coach Certification, Energy Healing Certification, Reiki Master Certification, Masters of Interdisciplinary Art and more. Her work has been published and exhibited, and she has received several awards for her projects. She has been an instructor in the arts and facilitates an ongoing intuition development circle and intuitive somatic dance.
